Our Company was originally incorporated as Shivpujan Agencies Private Limited on October 12, 2004.

The name of our Company was changed from Shivpujan Agencies Private Limited to Bronze Infra-Tech Private Limited on July 02, 2012.

Further, our Company became a public limited company with the name of Bronze Infra-Tech Limited with fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 04, 2012, issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal, Kolkata.

The Corporate Identification Number of our company is U74990WB2004PLC100116.

Our Company was initially incorporated with the object of trading in textiles.

Till FY 2012 our Company was engaged in the business of textile trading. In FY 2012-13, we diversified our business in construction and IT sector.

We currently operate in the areas of Importing Musical Instruments, land and property development, construction in the infrastructure sector and supply of IT equipments. In the musical industry, we are importing Musical Instruments under our brand name “BRONZ” and have channels throughout India for selling.

In the construction sector, we provide construction services for various types of civil construction and infrastructure projects. This variety of project types enables us to keep our business diversified and reduces our dependence on any one segment, while providing us with an opportunity to participate in the overall growth in the India infrastructure sector.
